When is property insured:

This policy covers the repossessed property while at lot location named in
the policy; when such property is in the course of being transported. This
policy does cover limited non-repossession towing for hire (dispatch towing).

Policy Coverage Description:

Property means property of others seized by you as part of a repossession operation.

Personal effects means property of debtor retrieved from Repossessed property that is not part of the repossession order.
